HOW We Do It

Build your village with confidence, competence and success by taking our courses and joining others just like you. You may have the vision, and you may understand the 14 Mountain Blueprint, but training and support is required in order to build your village well. The Blueprint is very specific and in order to be successful, you need the support of experienced architects and engineers to help you along the way. You also have an important role on the team as you bring your experience, vision, passion and support to others in the family. You need us and we need you - we all need each other!

HESED International has a robust, strategic and intentional training pathway that is like a college course that you journey along with others as we all learn together. 

Copper Level Leadership Training

Copper

You will learn:

  • The 14 Mountain Blueprint

  • The types of Wealth

  • The foundational principles you can use in your own village​

  • To experience YHWH in a much deeper and profound way

Expectation: Initiative. There are 5 courses that you complete on your own to demonstrate initiative, teachibility, and willingness to embrace change.

Prerequisite: Application form

  • Encounter Heaven

  • 7>14 Mountains

  • One Nation

  • Mysteries of Wealth (chapter 1)

​

Silver Level Leadership Training

Silver

You will:

  • Start a new enterprise or expand an existing one

  • Start building Relational Wealth

  • Start building your team

  • Learn about currency and governance

Expectation: Engagement. We meet twice per week for 1-1.5 hours for mentoring, support and learning and for meditation/ascension.

Prerequisite: Completion of Copper level and invitation to Silver.

Courses:

  • Manifesting Wealth

  • Wonder Gear

  • Mysteries of Wealth (chapter 2)

Cost: Our gift to you in trade for your initiative.

Gold Level Leadership Training

Gold

You will:

  • Expand your Relational Wealth

  • Expand your Financial Wealth

  • Start building Health Wealth

  • Plan your village

Expectation: Responsibility. Take responsibility for yourself and for your village by being accountable, taking action, and supporting others in your training group.

Prerequisite: Completion of Silver level and invitation to Gold.

​

Courses:

  • Order of Melchizedek

  • Mysteries of Wealth (chapter 3)

  • Access to the HESED Technology Library

Emerald Level Leadership Training

Emerald

You will:

  • Engage with Land and Water to build your village

  • Engage with Heaven to build your village

  • Understand your purpose, worth and identity

  • Develop a global perspective and how you fit in responsibly

Expectation: Generosity. Giving of time, talent, treasure and testimony to expand all forms of Wealth and grow economies with an expanded perspective of sustainability.

 

Prerequisite: Completion of Gold level and invitation to Emerald.

Courses:

  • Mysteries of Wealth (chapter 4)

  • Access to the HESED Technology Library

Diamond Level Leadership Training

Diamond

You will:

  • Build your village with an expansive and powerful support network behind you and beside you.

  • Build Wealth trade routes with other villages
  • Be fully resourced and generating plenty of revenue to launch your village. 

​Expectation: Surrender. Surrender of old ways, self protection, self provision, self sustainability and transition to new ways with abundant protection, provision and sustainability.   

​

Prerequisite: Completion of Emerald level and invitation to Diamond.

​

Courses:

  • Access to the HESED Technology Library
