Create Through Play

In March 2024, Jesus took me to a really fun place with trampolines and playgrounds in an open vision. As I was jumping, I was filled with joy and all my burdens and responsibilities were released.

Scientifically we know that jumping or bouncing promotes blood flow, activates the lymphatic system activation, increases oxygenation and other healthy things. It’s also just plain FUN as it releases dopamine and other joy hormones and chemicals in our bodies.

As I was jumping I noticed that more constellations were being created in the sky. My body was not only being healed, I was also creating through joy and movement.

We create through play. This affirms the values and purposes of the Sport Mountain.

The word recreation is formed from the two words “re” and “creation”. We have common come to think of the word “recreation” as enjoyable physical activities, but the origins are to re-create when we engage in enJOYable activities.

There is a well-known principle in the world, called the 10,000 rule. It says that it takes 10,000 repetitions of a skill or action to be able to master it. But doing that same action with joy and fun can be mastered in just 3 repetitions!

The thing that the world thought was a waste of time and frivolous - recreation and fun - is actually the very thing that makes us fruitful, grow, multiply and create.

While I was jumping and laughing in Heaven, I heard the sound of furniture being dragged across a floor. I realized the sound vibration of my laughter was moving things into place… into order.

I also noticed that a magnetism was created and more people joined in. Joy brings people together as ONE. In the physical realm we know that laughter is contagious, so as one laughs, others quickly start laughing. Relationships and bonds increase and multiply through joy.

Then I took communion, and as the blood of Jesus circulated through me, it pulled out some old dreams, visions, prophesies, and promises. Then it attached them all to my joy energy, and those dreams and promises began to be created in the physical realm. It was like they all became energized and came to life. The more I laughed, the more and the faster they were all created in the physical realm.

What is God telling us through this. Joy is the starting point for being fruitful and creating.

Isaiah 9:3

You have enlarged [created] the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as

people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder.

Nehemiah 8:10

The joy of the Lord is my strength [to create]. [Emphasis and bracket mine]
